Results Defaults Window

The Results Defaults window is used to customize the default display setting for the Results panel. When a search for customers is performed, the Results panel displays based on the setting defined on this window.

To access the Results Defaults window, click the (Configure) icon on the Results panel.

Once the setting on this window has been defined, click the APPLY button to save the settings. To clear all changes made since you last saved the information on this window, click the CLEAR button.

The following field is available on the Results Defaults window.

Default View: Select the view that should display automatically in the Results panel when the Sales Campaign screen is accessed. Click the (Down Arrow) icon to display a list of valid entries. The following options are available in this field.

  • Graph - Current Vehicle: Select this option to display data in a graph based on the customer's current vehicle.
  • Graph - Proposed Vehicle: Select this option to display data in a graph based on the customer's proposed vehicle.
  • Graph - Maturity: Select this option to display data in a graph based on the customer's sales history with the dealership.
  • List View: Select this option to display customer data in a detailed list. The List view can also be used to add customers to a sales campaign.
